Wanda Underwood, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Orman Underwood, Dorchester, has been
named Homecoming Chairman for an organization that plans and sponsors most of
the campus wide activities at the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point.
She is a senior majoring in French at UW-SP.
The Universities Activities Board, to which she was elected, operates with a
budget of approximately $35,000 for such activities as coffeehouses, fine arts
exhibits, films, homecoming trips, winter carnival and concerts by big-name
performers.
