Laube, Lorraine D. (23 October 1933 - 2022)

Lorraine D. Laube, age 88, of Marshfield, formerly of Colby, passed away on Wednesday, August 24,2022, at Marshfield Health Services under the tender care of Heartland-Promedica Hospice.

A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at a later date at the Riverside Cemetery in Withee.

Lorraine was born on October 23, 1933, in Chetek, the daughter of Karl and Laura (Abel) Laube. She was a 1952 graduate of Colby High School. Lorraine worked as a bookkeeper at Felker Manufacturing in Marshfield for many years. She was a member and active at the United Church of Christ in Owen. Lorraine enjoyed traveling, visiting with her family, and doing needlepoint.

Lorraine is survived by her nephews: Steve Laube of Carol Stream, IL and Darren (Kathryn) Laube of Bartlett, IL; sister-in-law, Sharon Laube of Marshfield; a great-nephew, Vincent Laube of Bartlett, IL and a great-niece, Amber Foster of Milwaukee; cousins, other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a sister: Janet Laube; a brother, Kenneth Laube and a nephew, Allen Laube.
