Corbin, Patricia Jo (20 February 1982)
Patricia Jo Corbin of Wausau and Ronald E. Herman of Schaumburg, Illinois, were
united in marriage during Saturday late afternoon ceremonies at First
Presbyterian Church in Wausau. The Rev. Thomas York officiated. Parents of the
bride are Mr. and Mrs. Charles Corbin of Wausau. (The Corbin’s formerly were
Greenwood residents.)
LeRae Herman of Escanaba, Michigan, was the maid of honor. She was joined by
Kathy Sisinni of Oak Creek and Karen Emerson of Utica, Michigan. Best man was
Larry Herman of Escanaba, he was joined by Tom Corbin of St. Paul, Minnesota and
Rick Grube of Tomahawk. Ushering were Kent Corbin and Skip Sneden.
The bride chose a Victorian-styled gown with shoulder length veil. Her
attendants wore green chiffon dresses and carried a bouquet of spider mums and
ivy.
Following the service, a reception, dinner and dance was held at the Wausau
Club. The couple left on a honeymoon to the Virgin Islands.
The new Mrs. Herman is a 1974 graduate of Patricia Stevens and was the owner of
Patricia’s Dress Shop in Wausau. Her husband is an assistant district manager
for Combustion Engineering. The couple will make their home in Schaumburg,
Illinois.
