Reinart, Norene (10 October 1917 – 9 March 1982)
Mrs. Clarence (Norene) Reinart, 64, died unexpectedly in Neillsville Memorial
Hospital on Tuesday morning, March 9. She made her home at 35 East Fifth St.,
Neillsville.
Funeral services were to be held this Friday, March 12, at 10:30 a.m., from St.
Mary’s Catholic Church in Neillsville. The Rev. Joseph Henseler is to officiate.
The body was to lie in state at the Gesche Funeral Home on Thursday evening from
5:00 to 9:00 p.m. and again on Friday morning until church rites. The Rosary was
to be offered on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Serving as
pallbearers were Philip White and Franklin, Dale, Lee, Larry and Dennis Reinart.
The deceased was born on October 10, 1917, in Neillsville to Phillip and
Lulabelle (Shilts) Savage. She received her education in Neillsville schools and
then worked with the Clark County AG Agent’s office and later for U.S.D.A. and
A.S.C.S.
On June 9, 1941, she married Clarence J. Reinart in Neillsville ceremonies. The
couple moved to a Town of Washburn farm, but she maintained her employment with
ASCS, working for the agency a total of 34 years. She was a member of St. Mary’s
Parish and the church’s PCCW.
Surviving her, besides her husband, are two sisters, Mrs. Theodore (Elva)
Wallace of Neillsville and Mrs. Harvey (Marian) Sin Clair of Santa Ana, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter in infancy; a sister
Beulah; and a brother, William.
