Freiboth, Allen A. (4 November 1944 – 11 October 2022)

Allen A. Freiboth, age 77, of Dorchester, passed away on October 11, 2022, at the Marshfield Medical Center.

Allen was born on November 4, 1944, in Rib Lake, the son of late Arthur and Pearl (Stanke) Freiboth. He grew up in Rib Lake where he graduated from high school. Allen married Marie Matushak in January of 1965. He drove truck for a living. Allen enjoyed deer hunting and racing his racecar.

Allen is survived by his wife of 57 years, Marie; His children and grandchildren: Art (Tracy) Freiboth of Milwaukee, Susan Battermann of Dorchester and her children: Brett Battermann of White Fish, MT and Cody Batterman of Grantsburg and his daughter, Alice Lee; Joe (Jen) Freiboth of Mosinee and their children, Austin, Lexi and Livi; his brother, Billy (Diane) Freiboth of Eau Claire; other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Gloria DePledge and his brother Kenneth Freiboth.

Per Allen’s request, there will be no funeral service.
