Miss Sandra Juedes and Brad Denzine were married in a 1:30 p.m. ceremony at St.
Peter’s Lutheran Church, Dorchester on Saturday, October 12, 1974. The Rev.
Roland Golz officiated, uniting the couple in marriage the daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. Don Juedes, Abbotsford and the son of Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Denzine, RR,
Athens. Lunda Lueddecke was the organist and Mrs. Dennis Kramer sang “And There
is Love” and “The Lord’s Prayer.”
The bride chose a princess style gown of Dacron sheer. Her Cluny lace yoke was
pearl studded and extended into long tapered Cluny sleeves. Her bodice was
accented with a rose Venice lace applique, as was her lace flounced controlled
skirt, which ended in a chapel length train. A Venice lace floral caplet and
elbow length illusion veil completed her ensemble.
The bride carried a cascade bouquet of yellow and white roses, accented with
baby’s breath.
Cousin of the bride Sheryl Steevens was maid of honor. Denis Orlich, Chicago and
Donna Fischer, Racine, were bridesmaids. Kathryn Juedes, sister of the bride,
was junior bridesmaid. All wore burgundy double knit dresses accented with pink
chiffon sleeves.
Best man was Larry Kalepp, Athens. Dick Krueger, Milan and Wayne Denzine,
Medford, were groomsmen. Ushers were Kurt Mader and Daryl Hornecke.
The reception and dance were held at Memorial Hall, Dorchester.
The bride is a 1971 graduate of the Colby High School, and presently a
bookkeeper employed bat M & I American Bank, Racine.
Her husband is a 1971 graduate of Abbotsford High School and is employed at In-Sinkerator
in Racine.
The couple will fly to London and Paris for a week long honeymoon in November
and will make their home at 2306 Jacoto Drive, Racine.
