Mr. and Mrs. Leo A. Smart, R. 1, Dorchester, announce the engagement of their
daughter, Carol Jean, to Gerald J. Staab, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward J.
Staab, R. 1, Dorchester.
Miss Smart will be a 1975 graduate from Colby High School. Her fiancé graduated
from Colby High School in 1972 and attended Mid-State Technical Institute,
Wisconsin Rapids for two years, where he received a diploma in diesel and heavy
equipment. He will be engaged in farming.
A January 4, 1975 wedding at St. Louis Catholic Church is being planned.
