Gress, Joel (Service Notes - 1982)
Often various branches of the U.S. military announce when area men and women
have enlisted, received special training, gained new assignments, participated
in special maneuvers or were promoted. In recent reports were:
Joel Gress, son of Donald and Charlette Gress, Neillsville, has entered the U.S.
Air Force’s delayed enlistment program. He will begin active duty in March 1983
and will receive basic training at Lackland AFB, Texas, and will later study to
be an aircraft armament systems specialist. He is a 1982 graduate of Neillsville
High School.
