Szaflarski, Chad Robert (Birth – 16 May 1982)
Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Szaflarski, Rt. 1 Chili, welcomed a son, Chad Robert into
the world at 5:45 a.m., May 16, in Northwest Hospital, Chicago. He weighed 5
lbs., 10 oz., and joins a sister. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Robert
Szaflarski of Neillsville and Mr. and Mrs. David Woellner, Sr., of Chili. Great
grandparents are Elizabeth Szaflarski of Chicago, Theodore Serafinowicz of
Dalton, Illinois, Sylvia Lawzer of Morse and James Lawzer of Fountain, Colorado.
