Trybula, Elaine Gail (12 June 1982)
Elaine Gail Trybula and Nicholas Leo Rueth were united in marriage on Saturday
early afternoon, June 12, ceremonies before the Rev. James Lesczynski at Holy
Family Catholic Church, Willard. Parents of the couple are Mrs. Julia Trybula,
Rt. 1 Willard, and Mrs. Patrick Rueth, Rt. 2 Loyal.
Presenting the bride to the altar was Herb Kurth, the bride’s uncle from
Neillsville.
Special music was provided at the service by Margaret Gosar, Leianna Landwehr
and LaVerne Gregorich.
Serving as matron of honor was Lisa Porter, a niece of the bride from Illinois.
She was joined by Leianna Landwehr, another niece of the bride from Stratford;
Rebecca Trybula, a cousin of the bride from Neillsville; and Jannell Rueth, the
groom’s sister of Loyal.
Bestman was Jack Rueth, the groom’s brother of Loyal. He was joined by Doyle
Zimmerman, a friend from Greenwood; Dale Waldhauser, a friend from Loyal; and
Francis Trybula, the bride’s cousin of Neillsville. Ushering were LaVerne
Gregorich, Jr., the bride’s nephew of Willard; and Tim Rueth, the groom’s
brother of Loyal.
Serving as ring bearer and miniature bride wee Andrew and Juliet Opelt, nephew
and niece of the bride from Willard.
The bride chose a silk organza gown adorned with lace and lined with taffeta
lace. It featured a lace bodice with seeded pearls and re-embroidered scalloped
neckline, hi-rise waist and bishop sleeves. A chapel-length train completed the
image as did a veil of illusion lace and pearls. Her attendants wore gowns in
pastel colors of blue, lavender, dusty rose and peach; they featured spaghetti
straps, sheer jacket and long, ruffled cuffed sleeves. The groom and his
attendants wore silver tuxedos.
Following the ceremonies, a dinner was held at the parish hall with a dance
following at the Greenwood American Legion Hall. The couple then left on a trip
to northern Illinois and Great America.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Rueth will make their home at rural Loyal. She is a
graduate of Greenwood High School and is a nursing assistant for Neillsville
Memorial Home. Her husband, a graduate of Loyal High School, is a farm worker.
