Cadet Laurie Sterzinger, a member of the Air Force ROTC, Detachment 930 at the University of Wisconsin, Superior, recently received the Military Order of the World Wars Medal at the annual parent cadet awards banquet. Colonel Ronald Violette, Commander of the AFROTC, Detachment 420, University of Minnesota, Duluth, presented the award.

Cadet Sterzinger is the daughter of Mrs. Corsina Sterzinger, Colby, and is a graduate of Colby High School.
