Tami S. Johnson, Unity is a recipient of $100 leadership and service award to
attend the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point next fall as a freshman.
The award is given annually by the UW-SP Alumni to outstanding incoming freshmen
in recognition of their academic achievement, service to society and leadership
efforts.
Editor of her high school annual, Miss Johnson has served as an officer in
several organizations and has been active in hospital volunteer work and the
Youth Association for Retarded Children (YARC).
She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Forrest Johnson, Wells Street, Unity.
