Mondloch, Shirley (25 November 1934 – 29 November 2022)
Shirley Mondloch of Spencer passed away on November 29, 2022, at the House of
the Dove in Marshfield.
Shirley was born November 25, 1934, the daughter of Richard Norman McVean and
Faith Freeman at their home Loyal. She graduated 1952, from Spencer High school.
She was married to the love of her life to Leon Mondloch, October 13, 1956, at
Christ the King Catholic Church, in Spencer.
She was a member of the Women’s Club, and Legion Auxiliary. In earlier years she
enjoyed being a member of bowling leagues. In her spare time, she enjoyed
sewing, crafting, gardening, and traveling.
Shirley is lovingly survived by her children: Cindy Borgemoen of Spencer, Neal
and Rose Mondloch of Loyal, Sally and Brian Thomas of Westboro, Lynn and Mark
Bump of Loyal, as well as Joe and Tina Mondloch of Spencer; her grandchildren:
Tyler Borgemoen, Brent Borgemoen, Riley Mondloch, Robin Mondloch, Luke Bump,
Karly Bump, and Hailey Budtke; as well as 2 great grandchildren: Ellie and Caden
Borgemoen. She will truly be missed.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband: Leon; her brothers: Eugene and
Richard; as well as her parents: Norman and Faith.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Monday, December 12, 2022, at
Hansen-Schilling Funeral Home (1010 E Veterans Parkway) in Marshfield.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
