William James Kadonsky has been awarded the Emil Baensche Award by the
University of Wisconsin History Department at Madison. This prize is awarded for
excellence in preparation of a senior honors thesis on an aspect of Wisconsin
History.
Kadonsky’s thesis, “The Second Wisconsin –Michigan Boundary Case in the United
States Supreme Court,” dealt with a 1930’s fishing rights dispute in Green Bay.
Kadonsky is a 1972 graduate of Colby High School. His parents are Mr. and Mrs.
George Kadonsky, Sr., Route 1, Abbotsford.
