Fritsch, Vernon A. (14 Jun 1913 – 28 Jun 1975)
Vernon A. Fritsch, 62, Grovetown, Georgia, a former Dorchester resident, was
found dead in his home on June 28, 1975, after suffering a heart attack. He had
been in ill health for about a year. Funeral services were held July 2 and
burial was in Bellevue Memorial Gardens at Grovetown.
Mr. Fritsch was born at Dorchester June 14, 1913, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew
Fritsch. His step-father was William Malchow, also of Dorchester. He received
his education at Dorchester and served 20 years in the U.S. Army. He retired in
1959.
He is survived by two step-daughters, three siblings, Herbert Fritsch, Chicago,
Jeanette Fritsch, Appleton, and Mrs. Harold (Audrey) Stevens, Janesville; two
half-brothers, Roger Malchow, Hartland, and Herbert Malchow, Antigo.
