Arthur C. Haas, River Falls, son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Haas, Route 1, Unity, will receive a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture degree with a major in General Agriculture, from the University of Wisconsin, River Falls on Sunday, November 16, 1975, at 2 p.m.

Commencement exercises will be held in Karges Gym at the University.

An address will be delivered by Dr. Gary E. Rohde, Assistant Dean of the UW-River Falls College of Agriculture. He was named the University 1975 Distinguished Teacher.

Rohde, a native of Clark County is known throughout the state by farmers and agri-businessmen for his University Extension work and leadership of the College of Agriculture internship program. He joined the River Falls faculty in 1966.

Sharing the platform during the ceremony will be Chancellor George R. Field; Regent Nancy Barkla of River Falls; John W. Davison of River Falls, representative of the alumni association; and the Rev. Richard Hoblin of the River Falls Congregational Church.

Also taking part in the ceremony will be Dr. Philip S. Anderson, Dean of the Graduate School; Dr. Daniel H. Brown, Dean of the College of Education; Dr. James C. Dollahon, Dean of the College of Agriculture.
