Ten members of the various Abbotsford High School cheerleading squads and their
school advisor, Linda Jasicki, attended the National Cheerleaders Association
Clinic held this past weekend, Saturday, November 8, 1975 at Wausau West High
School.
Girls attending were: Betty Olson, Jerri Wojner, Bobbie Schmidt, Amy Lindberg,
Sherri Treankler, Sandi Larocque, Mary Carpenter, Jody Kremsreiter, Connie
Kremsreiter and Lisa Wojner.
The one-day clinic gave cheerleaders from various parts of the state an
opportunity to learn new cheers, ne motions and new techniques, and it gave them
ideas relating to pep rallies, uniforms, crowd psychology, types of cheers,
sportsmanship and school spirit.
