Marvin Rashka, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Rashka, Colby, and Joan Denny, daughter
of Mrs. Helen Barbeau, Phillips, and Elgard Barbeau, Prentice, were united in
marriage in Christ Lutheran Church, Abbotsford, on Saturday, December 13, 1975
at 6:30 p.m., with Pastor Kenneth Loehrke officiating.
Attendants were Mrs. William (?), Munising, Michigan, and DuWayne Broeske,
Abbotsford.
The bride wore a green crepe dress with long lace sleeves.
The maid of honor wore a blue gown with sheer long sleeves.
The bride’s flowers were pink and white mums and baby’s breath, and the maid of
honor carried a bouquet of blue mums and bachelor buttons.
A reception and dance were held at the Colby VFW Hall.
The couple will reside at Route 2, Colby.
