Dr. John W. Morris, vice chancellor for academic affairs and dean of the faculty
at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire, is sending letters of
congratulations to the parents of 1,610 students listed on the Dean’s Honor List
for the first semester 1975-76.
To be on the Dean’s Honor List, a student must attain a grade point average of
3.5 or better, earning during the semester at least 12 hours of credit,
excluding repeated courses. During the first semester of 1975-76, the grade
point average of 3.5 or better was attained by 406 freshmen, 425 sophomores, 296
juniors, and 483 seniors at UW-Eau Claire.
Abbotsford students named are Gary Grambort, Cindy Pinter, Thomas Polnaszek,
Ronald Schiferl, James Polnaszek and Kathleen Schilling.
Colby Students are Michael Lamont, Margaret Umhoefer, Vickie From, Wendy Awe,
and also Robert Tauchen of Curtiss.
