Leichtman, Jason Michael (18 November 1970 – 23 January 2023)
Jason Michael Leichtman, age 52, of Abbotsford, passed away January 23, 2023.
Jason was born to David Leichtman and Rose (Dukart) Jankee on November 18, 1970,
in Marshfield, Wisconsin. He was united in marriage to Candice Peters on
September 10, 2011.
Jason worked at Parrett Windows in Dorchester for many years. He had a love for
motorcycles like his dad. They would ride together with friends often. He never
missed a year driving to Tomahawk for Fall Ride – despite the temperatures
outside. He also enjoyed his pets; his fist boxer, Titan, his boxer, Chloe and
his miniature schnauzer, Luger. He enjoyed his country life with Candice for
over ten years. He also enjoyed his trip to Sturgis, South Dakota.
He is survived by his wife, Candice; his mother, Rose (Dave Jankee); his sister,
Missy Madison; his niece, Gracie (Sawyer) Madison and nephew, Michael (Tania
Fonder) Madison and niece, Rona; his loving in-laws: Mike and Sue Peters, Mitch
and Laura Peters, Nick Peters, and niece and nephews: Marissa, Evan, and Gary
Peters. He is furthered survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; his father, David Leichtman; his
aunt, Shirley Ballerstein; his uncle, Frank Dukart; and his sister, Shelly.
A Visitation from 4-7 P.M. will be held Friday, February 3, 2023, at
Maurina-Schilling Funeral Home in Abbotsford, Wisconsin. Friends and Family are
welcomed.
