Uhlig, Diana L. (9 Jul 1972 – 23 Nov 1976)

Funeral services were held Friday, November 26, 1976 at 1:30 p.m. for Diana Lynn Uhlig, age 4, of Route 2, Colby, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Uhlig.

The services were conducted by the Rev. Kenneth A. Dix of the First United Church of Christ, with burial following in the Colby Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Steven Gaetz, David Schoelzel, Danny Schoelzel and Rod Schoelzel. Honor guards were Scott Hudak, Greg Majerus and Jeff Sheets.

The child died Tuesday, November 23 of Leukemia at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield.

She was born July 9, 1972 at Marshfield to John and Korliss (Schoelzel) Uhlig.

Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Michelle, at home, a maternal grandfather, Rudolph Schoelzel, Colby, and a paternal grandfather, William Uhlig, Colby.
