Saturday night the Colby Chamber of Commerce honored Robert “Bob” Strathman as Citizen of the Year during its annual Christmas dinner. Strathman was past president of the chamber and a city council member for 24 years. He is also a member of the Colby Development Corporation and active in many community functions. Presenting the award was Russ Meyer, Chairman of the citizen selection committee.
