The Clark County Health Department recognized Lynn Klovas for 34 years of
service to the county. She started in the old jail in 1998 and also worked as a
home health nurse. “Lynn, your bright smile, positive attitude and dedication to
your job have never gone unnoticed,” a Jan. 29 announcement on the Clark County
Health Department’s Facebook page read. Klovas was recognized at the Board of
Health meeting in December, and also in January with a celebration with the
courthouse.
