Hessel, Lawrence (28 Sep 1917 – 17 Jan 1977)

Private memorial services will be held in Milwaukee for Lawrence Hessel, 59, Route 1, Abbotsford. Cremation will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park. Kraut-Maurina Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hessel died Monday, January 17, 1977 at Colonial House of Colby.

Lawrence Hessel was born September 28, 1917 in Greenwood. He lived in Milwaukee and then operated a farm in the Spencer area. He worked in a mobile home factory until moving to Abbotsford.

Mr. Hessel was married twice.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Conrad (Lu Ann) Huston, Milwaukee, Heath Hessel, Vallejo, California; one son, Larry Hessel, Vallejo, California; two sisters, Mrs. Evelyn Boss, Curtiss, and Mrs. Dorothy Mazza, Abbotsford; one brother, Howard Hessel, Janesville, and two grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
