Friday afternoon an 89th birthday party was held at the Colonial Nursing Home in honorof Tillie Burnett, who is a resident there. She received a gift of flowers from her daughter and her family, Pearl Schulz and family, Rock Island.

Those present were: Edna and Herman Francin, Alice and Elmer Djerf, Bertha Fischer, George and Mrs. Stillman, Mrs. Lela Molle, Gustie Miller, Walter and Lydia Seefeld, Lorraine Allar, Unity, Rose Spiegelburg, Florence and Frank Allar, Spencer. Residents from the home were also guests.
