Granton --More than 200 people attended a program October 20 to honor Francis
Krueger, Granton High School vocational agriculture instructor and FFA adviser.
Steiner was named 1983 outstanding vocational agriculture instructor in the
state and one of the six outstanding instructors nationwide. Floyd Doering,
state FFA adviser from Madison, spoke at the program.
The following were made honorary members of the FFA chapter: Bertha Holt,
retired Granton teacher; Bert Hales, school custodian and farmer; and Roland
Krueger, school administrator.
The Clark County Agency of Neillsville received a distinguished a service award.
