The Rev. Kenneth Dix officiated at funeral services for Mrs. Erna S. Uhlig, age 64, Route 2, Colby, Friday, March 5, 1976.

Mrs. Uhlig died at her home, Tuesday, March 2, 1976.

The former Erna Theilig married William Uhlig on June 24, 1931, in Green Grove. Besides her husband, she is survived by five sons, Wilbur, California, Charles, Kenosha, Gerald Sturtevant and John, Colby; three daughters, Mrs. Paul (Kathleen) Miller, West Allis, Mrs. James (Marie) Gussert, Brookfield, and Mrs. John (Anita) Meyer, West Allis; 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.

(She is buried at St. Paul’s Cemetery in Green Grove Township)
