Bonnie Carlson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lester F. Carlson, Route 1, Unity, was
promoted to Army Specialist while serving with the 29th Transportation Battalion
at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky.
Spec. Carlson, a security clerk in Headquarters Detachment of the battalion,
entered the Army in October 1974, completed basic training at Ft. Jackson, South
Carolina, and was last stationed at Ft. Gordon, Georgia.
She is a 1974 graduate of Spencer High School.
