Hium, Darla (Promotion - 1983)
Darla Hium, a native of Greenwood, has been named the assistant director of the
Wisconsin Counties Association. She has been employed by the association for
four years.
The Wisconsin Counties Association represents all counties before the Wisconsin
legislature and Congress. In her new capacity, Darla will be responsible for
association management and for analyzing state and federal legislation and its
impact on county government and operations and testifying before congressional
and legislative committees.
The new assistant director is the daughter of Ken and Donna Hium, Greenwood. She
and her husband, Richard Puestow, live in Madison where he is a development
chemist for Ohio Medical Products.
