The Rev. Gary Clark officiated at marriage vows for Tracey Simenson and Herman
Seebandt on Saturday afternoon, April 16, at the Neillsville United Church of
Christ. Parents of the couple are Mary Lou Meredith of State St., Neillsville;
Thomas Meredith, Rt. 4 Neillsville; and Henry and Caroline Seebandt, Rt. 1
Neillsville.
Serving as matron of honor was Valerie Jacobson, a sister of the bride from
Marshfield. Bestman was David Jacobson, the bride’s brother-in-law of
Marshfield. Music for the service was offered by the bride’s mother, accompanied
by Eileen Zank.
A reception was held at Fannie’s Supper Club, rural Neillsville. The couple
announced that they would take a wedding trip this summer to the east coast.
The new Mr. and Mrs. Seebandt will make their home at rural Neillsville. She
graduated from Neillsville High School in 1975 and from District I Tech-Eau
Claire in 1977 and is employed as a secretary for the Neillsville Schools Board
of Education. He is a 1966 graduate of the same high school and has earned a
master’s degree in agriculture education from UW-River Falls, he is employed as
an agriculture teacher at Neillsville High.
