Dale Webb and Carol Schmidt, both of Colby, were area winners in the “Freedom Art Exposition”, a children’s bicentennial picture contest sponsored by First Financial Savings and Loan, Abbotsford.

Each winner received a specially minted bicentennial coin set from First Financial.
