Escorted on the arm of her father, the bride wore a taffeta Victorian-styled gown with a yoke of illusion lace, high collar, and ballroom sleeves accented with taffeta bows. The Chantilly lace-edged ruffled skirt swept to a chapel train and a halo headpiece, made by the bride’s mother, of pink and white sweetheart rosebuds with baby’s breath held an illusion veil. The bride carried a cascade bouquet of silk rosebuds with accenting apple blossoms, baby’s breath and ribbon.

Sandy Neville-Wegner was matron of honor, while bridesmaids were Debbie Wetzel, Carey Strangfeld, Karen Statz, Kay Strangfeld, and Junior bridesmaid Bonnie Helenbrand. All were attired in pink floral print gowns of acetate satin with flounced neckli9nes and puffed sleeves over a draped and bowed ruffled overskirt. Their white and pink silk halos were accented with pink ribbons. They carried arm bouquets of pink and white rosebuds with pink ribbon and baby’s breath.

Attending the groom as bestman was William Statz. Groomsmen were Kenneth Wetzel, Jim Erickson, Jim Sandstrom and Patrick Schmidt. The groom wore a white swallowtail tuxedo with white pleated shirt, pink bow tie and cummerbund. His attendants wore similar grey tuxedos. Ushers were Charles Hagedorn and Michael Statz.
