Williams, Hazel (12 May 1983)
Victor St. John and Hazel Williams, both of Neillsville were united in marriage
on Thursday, May 12, at the home of the Rev. and Mrs. Frank Considine of Sac
City, Iowa.
Attendants were Carol Considine, the pastor’s wife; and Donna Considine, the
pastor’s daughter-in-law.
The bride chose a mint green lace dress. She also wore a string of pearls and
pearl earrings, which were a gift from the groom. The groom was attired in a
light brown suit. They both wore silk flower arrangements of roses and baby’s
breath made by the bride’s daughter, Jean Vandeberg.
Following the sharing of vows, a wedding cake was served.
The Rev. Considine, a retired United Methodist minister, is an old friend of the
groom. They were high school classmates but had not seen each other since that
time—a span of 52 years.
The new Mr. and Mrs. St. John will make their home near Neillsville.
