Mrs. Anna Lipprandt of Abbotsford, formerly of Curtiss, was the guest of honor
at a party honoring her 90th birthday. The party was held at the home of her
son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Bierbaum at Neillsville.
Among the relatives who attended were her daughter, Mrs. Helen Grube, Curtiss,
Mrs. Elvira Rach and Ronald, Milwaukee, her son, Walter of Abbotsford, a sister,
Mrs. Helen Pattnow of Hartford, her sister-in-law and brother, Mr. and Mrs. John
Trester from Milwaukee.
Others were Mrs. Marie Nolan, Hartford, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Grube and family,
Marshfield, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Sobeck, Abbotsford, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Bruger,
Jr., Dorchester, Mr. and Mrs. Victor Grube, Jr., Randy Grube and Mary Soyk, all
of Abbotsford, Mrs. Elsie Anderson, Spencer, Mrs. Emma Lipprandt, Medford, Mr.
and Mrs. Leon Rauch, Milwaukee, Mrs. Leota Grissmeyer from California.
Mrs. Lipprandt received many gifts and cards, and was presented with a decorated
cake by members of the family. Mrs. Lipprandt makes her home with her son,
Walter, and enjoys good health. Among her hobbies are embroidering and quilt
making.
