Bill R. Meyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Meyer, Colby, is among the 94 winners
of Stout Foundation scholarship announced by Jake Wile, executive director of
the foundation.
Meyer, a senior majoring in Industrial Technology at UW-Stout, was awarded the
$150 William R. Lindsay Graphic Arts Scholarship from the Foundation.
