Rodman, Clyde Devere (6 December 1919 – 12 January 1984)

Funeral services were conducted from the Trinity Lutheran Church of Woodruff on January 16, for Clyde Devere Rodman who passed away on Thursday, January 12, at the John Howard Medical Center at Woodruff following a lingering illness.

Clyde Rodman was born December 6, 1919, to Horace and Mildred (Wheellock) Rodman in the Town of Washburn. He attended area schools. He was a World War II veteran having served in Germany. Since his discharge ie was involved in truck driving until his forced retirement eight years ago.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia; five daughters and one son. All are of the Rhinelander area. Additional survivors include three brothers, Cecil of Elk Mound, Robert of Monico and Harley of Glenrock, Wyoming; three sisters, Ruth Schultz of Omro, Birdine Oman of Jackson, Michigan and Ruby Kuhn of Neillsville. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bernard.
