Mrs. Gorton T. Vorland, Colby, announce the engagement of her daughter, Mary Corinne, Oshkosh, to Allen Lee Singstock, also of Oshkosh. Her father is the late Attorney, Gorton F. Vorland, and his parents are Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Singstock, Oshkosh.

Miss Vorland is a 1965 graduate of Colby High School and a 1970 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh. She was affiliated with Delta Zeta Sorority and Alpha Lambda Delta and Kappa Delta Pi honor societies.

Her fiancé is a 1964 graduate of Oshkosh West High School and served four years on the United States Air Force. He is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh.

The future bride is a speech therapist in The Rehabilitation Department at Mercy Medical Center. Singstock is employed as assistant manager of the Paine Arboretum.

The couple is planning a fall wedding.
