Gerald Grube: Sophomore Gerald has shown possibilities of developing into a great player, watch for him next year.
Randall Jablonic: Sophomore A big boy with lots of drive and strength, he did a good job whenever he was in there.
Bob Kovatch: Sophomore Saw a lot of action at the guard post this year. Mainly because of his spirit and determination to play his best.
Bob Stark: Sophomore A good passer, a good defensive player, a good tackle. All he needs is experience.
Bob Hautamaki: Sophomore Bobs love for football is the thing that makes him good. A boy who can hold his own with anyone.
Victor Pogodzinski: Sophomore He ahs earned a regular place on the team through his aggressiveness and determination.
Jim Telford: Junior There was a fine job at the guard post, especially on defense.
Don Haralson: Junior There were very few bad passed from the center this year. He did a wonderful job on backup up the line.
John Anderson: Junior Because of his good defensive work and cool-headedness, John was used as a utility player. He plays equally well in any position.
Terry Crowley: Junior Terry had the regular quarterback post and did a fine job. He did especially well at this main assignment, blocking.
Mannon Gustafson: Senior It took Mannon four years to prove that he was a football player, but he did it in style.
Ted Czeshinski: Senior Ted held down the regular end post. He was a good pass receiver and excellent on defense.
Eldon Grube: Senior He did a find job at the guard position and could have done better if it were not for being hampered by injuries.
Glen Creg: Senior Glen was Owens fastest and hardest running back. A consist threat to the opponents goal line as shown by his numerous long runs. He was also a fine blocker, and will be greatly missed next season.
Jack Larson: Senior Jack did a fine job in all departments. He was a good passer, runner and blocker but he did his finest work on pass defense.
Don Mills: Senior He played end and tackle and did an excellent job in both places. It will be hard to fill Dons place next year.
Silver Ross: Senior Silver did the passing, punting and signal calling for the team, doing all well. He was the teams regular fullback.
Bill Roberson: Senior No one can say that bill didnt like to play football and he played to win. He had a fine spirit and was a good team man.
Jack Johnson: Senior Jacks fame lies in the fact that he was a good pass receiver and did a good job at the end of the line.
Bernard Lindgren: Senior, Captain Because of a knee injury early in the season, Bernard saw no action but for his work in the past years. He deserves a least a few lines for his fine work which gained him the captaincy of the 1951 team. We missed you this year Bernard!
