This is a mystery family photo in among what my Mom gave me a couple years ago.  Don't know if it is of someone of my ancestors but being it was taken
at a studio in Neillsville.  The photographer was T. O. Juve.

This Photo was found recently in Laona, Forest Co., WI. It has no writing on it, but I believe it could be a member of the EGGEBRECHT or DANKS family from the Colby, Clark Co., WI area. It had been given to Charles & Addie Eggebrecht of Laona in the early 1900's. Charles Eggebrecht's parents were Carl & Friederika Eggebrecht of Clark Co., WI The Photographer is "LUKOWICZ-Colby, WI"

A cousin gave this picture to my aunt thinking it might be my great-great grandfather, Samuel Warman. He married Sarah J. Condit, Theodore D. Condit's daughter, from Neillsville. If it is not Samuel M. Warman, perhaps someone might recognize this handsome man or give it a time frame. There are no markings on the picture....sad to say.

Amanda, born July 1885

I'm searching for Adolph Torrison who immigrated from Trysil, Norway in 1882, he was 23 years old.  His wife shows in the 1900 Clark County census as head of household with children Casper, Manda, Alfred, Clara and Minnie.  Could not make out the wife's name from the census but she came from Norway in 1883 with son Casper and the other children were born in Wisconsin.

Amanda "Manda", Close-up

Adolph probably died between 1892 when his last child was born and the 1900 census.  Haven't proved that, either.

A distant cousin had these pictures of the girls (photos # 41,-45) but I couldn't determine the connection.  It looks like I am the person to do the research, and hope someone can recognize the girls.  More cousins????
