Dankemeyer, was elected director for two years to fill vacancy of W. S. Irvine, resigned. At the director's meeting immediately following S. E. Hutchings was elected president, Geo. A. Austin V. Pres., H. Sternitzky Sec., John Ure, treas. The company insurance cover $2,703.370.67."
