Wednesday, 22 Dec. 1993 ----Steidinger, Alma Leona (1 Sept. 1904 – 22 Dec. 1993) ATHENS – Alma Leona Steidinger, 89, formerly of Athens, died at 4:45 a.m. Dec. 22, 1993, at a local nursing home in Wausau. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Athens, with the Rev. Gary Paul officiating. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, Hamburg. Visitation will be at Kramer Funeral Home, Athens, from 4-8 p.m. Thursday and then at the church from 10 a.m. until service time Friday. A Scripture service will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. She was born Sept. 1, 1904, in Hamburg, to the late August and Anna (Koehler) Natzke. She was married to Otto Steidinger June 24, 1926, at Salem Lutheran Church, Hamburg, and he died Jan. 25, 1985. She had been a resident of Stratford in the late 1920s.
