Cramer, Dorothy: Dorothy Cramer, 86, Green Bay, moved on to her new life in heaven on Friday morning, Sept. 7, 2007, while at a local nursing home. Born near Breslau, Germany, in 1921, the daughter of Robert and Anna (Pohlman) Ratsch, Dorothy moved to this country in 1924 at the age of three and spent most of her childhood near Spencer, Wis. She married Wilmer Cramer in 1942 and together the couple made their home in Green Bay. Dorothy was a longtime member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. She worked for many years in food service for the Green Bay School District, working at Lombardi, Franklin and later at West High School. Her husband, Wilmer, of 39 years preceded her in death in 1981. In her retirement, Dorothy enjoyed traveling with her many good friends.
