Selma Fehlhaber, 98, town of Berlin, died Monday, July 13, 2009 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 16 at St. Peter Lutheran Church, town of Hamburg. Rev. Sarah Nehring will preside.
Burial will be in the Friendenshain Cemetery, town of Berlin. Friends may call Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until time of services at the church.
Peterson-Kraemer Funeral Home, Wausau is assisting the family with arrangements.

Selma Fehlhaber, 98, town of Berlin, died Monday, July 13, 2009, at Aspirus Wausau Hospital.
She was born May 11, 1911, in the town of Scott, daughter of the late Herman and Anna (Voelz) Volz.
On June 25, 1932, she married Alfred Fehlhaber at St. John Lutheran Church, town of Scott. He preceded her in death Oct. 11, 1996.
Selma farmed with her husband until 1967, then worked for Fromm Brothers in the ginseng gardens. Among her many interests, she enjoyed gardening, cooking, baking and reading.
Survivors include one daughter, Delores (Gary) Cottrell, Wausau; one son, Eugene (Marlene) Fehlhaber, town of Berlin; three grandchildren, Wayne (Renee) Cottrell, Mosinee, Jennifer and Kelly Fehlhaber, town of Berlin; two great-grandchildren, Garrett and Cale Cottrell; and nieces, nephews and friends.
Besides her parents and husband, Alfred, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Allen Cottrell and an infant grandson, Roger; three sisters, Angela Winter, Theresa Bahlow and Dela Volz; and one brother, William Volz.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 16, 2009, at St. Peter Lutheran Church, town of Hamburg. The Rev. Sarah Nehring will officiate. Burial will be in the Friendenshain Cemetery, town of Berlin. Friends may call Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of services at the church.
