Jodie L. Krizan, 48, Sheldon, died on Monday, Feb. 6 at The Clairemont Nursing Home in Eau Claire, of cancer.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9 at 11:30 a.m. at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, with Pastor Mark Schulz officiating. Interment will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington.

Jodie L. Krizan (Gettler), 48, of Sheldon passed away on Monday, February 6, 2012, at The Clairemont Nursing Home in Eau Claire after a gallant battle with cancer.

She was born in Eau Claire on October 24, 1963, to the late Kenneth Lindow and Sandra (Koger) Fischer. She graduated from Osseo-Fairchild High School. After high school she worked at Cray Research in Chippewa Falls before going back to school at CVTC.

On September 27, 2003, she married Scott Krizan at Peace Lutheran Church in Eau Claire.

Jodie loved spending time with her family and friends, and playing board and card games. She also enjoyed going to the casino, fishing, and working in her garden.

Jodie is survived by her husband, Scott; children, Jesse (fiancée, Jessa Olejnichak) and Erica Gettler; mother, Sandra Fischer; sisters, Angela Fischer, Melissa Fischer, Jackie (Brad) Dejno, Jessica (Chad) Johnson, Tracie Lee, and Samantha (Tony) Fischer; brothers, Dan (Barb) Peterson, Tim Lindow, Jeff Lindow, Eric Fischer, and Travis (Jodi) Fischer; step-mother, Judy Lindow; step-father, Harold (Jane) Fischer; mother and father-in-law, Daniel and Beverly Krizan; and many relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Lindow; grandparents; uncles and aunts.

Funeral Service will be at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, February 9, 2012, at Lenmark-Gomsrud-Linn Funeral Home, 814 First Ave., Eau Claire, with Pastor Mark Schulz officiating.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in the Town of Washington.
