St. John’s Lutheran Church, Neillsville, confirmed seven young people Sunday, May 11, (2008). Each confirmand was assigned a topic and presented a speech to the congregation dealing with “Why is it important for me to belong to an Evangelical Lutheran Church?” They also confessed their faith and were given communion for the first time.
