Halloween at Disney World at age 95

Frances Strebing, at the age of 95, made her first visit to Disney World in Florida, Oct. 19 and 20, now living with a granddaughter, Tanya Hager, Tanya’s husband and two children in Lincolnton, NC, Frances accompanied the Hager family on an air flight to attend Disney World’s special Halloween party. Frances joined in the festivities by going in a witch costume.
Frances, a Clark County native, was born July 9, 1915, growing up on the Lenz farm in the Town of Levis located near the southeast corner of the Pineview Road and Borglin Avenue intersection. After Frances and Ray Strebing were married Sept. 18, 1938, they lived in Neillsville where they operated a grocery business for several years and raised their family.
Frances has been a Clark County Press subscriber and reader for the past 73 years.
