1. Elizabeth1 Rossmann, daughter of Ludwig Rossmann and Louisa Catharina Ebling, was born in Nierstein, Rheinhessen, Germany April 22, 1846.

She married Phillip Fischer in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis., July 2, 1865.

 

Phillip was born in Hesse Darmstadt, Germany April 20, 1842. He married Auguste Samse in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis., June 13, 1875.

Phillip died June 30, 1928 in Tn. Greenbush, Sheboygan Co. Wis., at 86 years of age. Burial for Phillip Fischer in Walnut Grove Cem, Glenbeulah, Tn Greenbush

American Legion Marker next to large family stone on which is inscribed Ph. Fischer, American flag, and GAR Post 212.

Elizabeth died November 15, 1873 in Sheboygan Co., Wis., at 27 years of age. Buried in Neillsville Cemetery, Clark Co.. Phillip must have shipped her body to Neillsville for burial with other Rossmanns.

Elizabeth Rossmann and Phillip Fischer had the following children:

2 i. George Philip2 Fischer was born in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis. February 3, 1867. #9; #9;

3 ii. Johann Heinrich Fischer was born in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis. October 5, 1869.

 

4 iii. Wilhelm Philip Fischer was born in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis. January 2, 1871.

 

Wilhelm died December 15, 1873 in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis., at 2 years of age.

 

5 iv. Philip Fischer was born in Tn. Rhine, Sheboygan Co., Wis. March 2, 1873
