Cub Scouts from Den 5 Pack 43 recently visited The Highground for their community service project.

The Highground welcomed boys (and fathers) to walk the trails.

The Cub Scouts toured the trails at The Highground and cleaned the developmental forest signs on the four miles of hiking trails while looking for standing dead trees that may be a hazard to others.

The scouts marked trees and talked about finding their way in the woods.  The Highground appreciates and needs volunteers.  Volunteers and contributors are the heart of The Highground, a place for all.
