Highground Legacy Stones placed Oct. 2

Forty-eight legacy stones were placed in two separate stone ceremonies at The Highground Oct. 2, 2010. A brisk day did not hamper anyone?s tribute to their loved ones, as many people arrived to dedicate their stones and honor their family or organization. There were tears of joy, surprise, and some sadness along with definite feelings of pride. Pictured above is the Robert G. Wilsmann family. The family purchased the stone as a surprise gift for Robert. This was the last legacy stone for 2010. The next stone placement ceremony will be April 16, 2011. (Contributed photo)
