Band

The N. H. S. Band started out the year with a few "blew" notes and lots of hope. We made our first public appearance at the Armistice Day football game at Stanley.

Although some of the sections were weak at the beginning of the year, we have improved to an amazing extent.

We gave our annual spring band concert March 21. It went off very well, and there were some good solos and novelty numbers. We received many compliments for our splendid work. We are grooming for the district tournament to be held at Eau Claire and the state tournament at Wausau.

Considering the young and inexperience "bunch", Mr. Becker, our Director, has done a finished job.

We hope to being home the "bacon".
